10 Symptoms of Thyroid

Sounds simple but thyroid is a big problem.  As the symptoms of the disease are not easily seen, it is difficult to identify the disease.  And by the time its symptoms appear, it has had a profound effect.  

What is thyroid ?  

The thyroid gland is a common type of gland-shaped gland.  It produces thyroid hormone.  If the hormone does not work properly, thyroid problems can occur.  

What are the symptoms of thyroid?  10 symptoms: –

Swollen throat 

Swelling of the throat may not be just thyroid.  But if someone has a problem with frequent sore throats and swollen throats, they may have thyroid problems.  This causes pain in the throat, change in voice, heavy voice.  

Weight loss 

If a person loses weight suddenly without any effort or physical exercise, then such a person may have thyroid.  Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness.  This slows down the process of converting food into energy, which prevents food from being converted into energy and leads to weight loss.  

Fatigue

Fatigue is the main symptom seen in thyroid.  If someone feels tired without physical exertion, it may be a sign of thyroidism.  Insomnia, especially in hyperthyroidism, causes the body to feel tired throughout the day.  

Stomach disorders 

Hypo or hyperthyroidism can lead to stomach problems in both types of thyroidism.  Especially people with hypothyroidism have digestive problems.  Due to which they have problems of constipation and diarrhea.  

Menstrual Disorders 

Hypo or hyperthyroidism is a type of thyroidism that occurs in a woman’s menstrual cycle.  Women with hypothyroidism have symptoms of late or no menstruation, while women with hyperthyroidism tend to have faster and more frequent periods.  

Decreased sexual desire 

Hypothyroidism also affects a person’s sexual desire.  Lack of interest in sex can be a symptom of hyperthyroidism.  Feeling tired, feeling pain in the body and muscles, restlessness can also be a factor.  

Problems with Forgetfulness 

Over-production of thyroid also affects the human brain.  Due to which the memory of man begins to weaken.  In this sense, if someone has a sudden onset of Alzheimer’s disease, it may be a sign of thyroid.  

Restlessness Excessive 

restlessness in the body indicates thyroid.  Especially when the thyroid becomes more active, the body begins to produce more thyroid.  Due to which stress and restlessness start to arise in the body.  In addition, too much sleep or insomnia can be a sign of thyroid.  Mood swings, lethargy, and a reluctance to work can also be symptoms.  

Hair and skin changes 

Thyroid can cause hair and skin problems.  It causes problems like hair loss and hair loss.  In the same way, problems like papaya freezing and dry skin appear on the skin.  Rapid hair growth and hair growth in different parts of the body are also signs of thyroid.  

Pain in the knees and joints
